A Vietnamese auto-parts manufacturer with workflows covering production-equipment import, raw-material procurement import and wire-harness finished-goods export.

Conducted import-compliance assessments for auto-manufacturing equipment and clarified policy boundaries between new versus used equipment imports. A dedicated project team was assigned; the bilingual team reviewed the complete set of customs-declaration documents. We delivered customs-policy consultation and coordinated third-party inspections to ensure uninterrupted material supply for plant production.

On-going retainer covering regular sea-freight and customs-clearance operations for raw-material import and wire-harness export of the plant.
